How's this for some witchy stitches! This whimsical design shows a big black cauldron spilling over with the words "My Cauldron Runneth Over". Now isn't that a wonderful way to think about all your many blessings?
Only two colors of floss makes this pagan/wiccan cross stitch pattern a quick and easy project, whether you're an experienced needleworker, or just a beginner. The design measures 80 stitches wide by 90 stitches high. It is printed on a single sheet of cardstock. The front has a color photo of the finished design. The back has a large easy to read graph in black and white symbols with stitch count and DMC symbol and color information.
This is a pattern for counted cross stitch. It is not a complete kit. You will need to supply your own fabric and floss. We are not able to offer digital downloads of our patterns at this time.
How much fabric do I need?
To calculate the amount of fabric you will need for your project, divide the number of stitches by the stitch count of the fabric you wish to use. The higher the count of your fabric, the smaller your piece will be. Some examples appear below. Remember to leave several additional inches as a border on each side, to facilitate framing your project when it is finished.
Fabric count | Approximate size of stitched area |
---|
14-count | 5 3/4" × 6 1/2" |
18-count | 4 1/2" × 5" |
25-count | 3 1/4" × 3 1/2" |
